At Actively Black, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
